My books are a mess. Is that a problem?

No. That is most of the people who call us, and the free cleanup exists for exactly that. We sort out what is there, categorise it, reconcile it against the bank, and hand you a clean set of books and a P&L. Nobody here is going to lecture you about how far behind you got.

What does it cost?

$299 a month, flat. It is not hourly, so a messy month does not cost you more than a tidy one. The cleanup before that is free. If your catch-up turns out to be unusually large we will tell you on the call, before you have committed to anything.

Do I have to leave my CPA?

No. We do the monthly bookkeeping and hand your CPA a clean set of books at tax time. Most of them are relieved.

What do you need from me to get started?

Read-only access to your QuickBooks and to your business bank feed. That is it. Setting it up takes about fifteen minutes, and we do it with you on the call so you are not left following instructions on your own.

How quickly will I see results?

48 hours for your books to be clean. Once we have access the cleanup itself is done inside two days, and your first P&L follows right behind it. If your catch-up goes back years we will tell you that on the call rather than let you find out afterwards.

Do you do payroll?

Yes. Payroll is an add-on charged per employee on top of the $299 a month, so you only pay for it if you actually run a team. We will give you the exact number on the call once we know your headcount.

What types of companies do you work with?

Just about all of them — trades, contractors, cleaning, detailing, handyman work, and most other local service businesses. The one exception is real estate companies, which we do not take on.
