1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SITELINE Bookkeeping, LLC ("SITELINE," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") website and bookkeeping related services. By accessing our website, submitting a consultation request, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services
SITELINE provides outsourced bookkeeping services for small businesses, which may include transaction categorization, account reconciliation, monthly financial reporting, and optional add on services such as payroll processing, a CPA ready tax package, and custom KPI reporting. Specific services, pricing tiers, and scope are described on our website and confirmed during onboarding.
SITELINE is a bookkeeping service. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or registered investment advisor, and nothing provided through our services constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a licensed CPA, tax professional, or attorney for advice specific to your situation.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business owners who are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of their business. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Client Onboarding and Responsibilities
To provide accurate bookkeeping services, we rely on the information and documentation you provide. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information including bank statements, receipts, and related records, promptly respond to requests for clarification or missing documentation, maintain the security of any account credentials, financial connections, or shared documents, and review monthly reports and notify us promptly of any discrepancies.
Delays in providing necessary information may affect our ability to deliver services on the timelines described on our website.
5. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation
- Pricing tiers, setup fees, and add on pricing are described on our website and confirmed in writing before services begin
- Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted annual rate
- A one time setup fee applies to new clients as described on our website, billed with your first invoice
- There is no minimum commitment period. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial month refunds are provided
- Add on services, including Payroll Processing, are billed separately from your base monthly plan as described on our website or as quoted to you directly
- Fees are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of services after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing
6. Use of Third Party Services
Certain services rely on third party providers. Where a bank or financial account connection is required, this is handled through Plaid, which uses secure, encrypted connections, and SITELINE does not directly store your online banking credentials. Scheduling, payment processing, and other operational functions may also rely on third party platforms, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies in addition to ours.

While we take care to deliver accurate and timely bookkeeping services, we do not guarantee that our services will be error free, uninterrupted, or that they will meet every specific business requirement. SITELINE does not provide legal, tax filing, investment, or insurance advice, and our reports should not be the sole basis for major financial decisions without consultation from an appropriately licensed professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SITELINE Bookkeeping and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
